Refund & Return Policy
At PopDating Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• items must be unused and unworn
• items must be in original condition
• items must include original packaging
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• sale items
• gift cards
• worn or damaged items
• custom or personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PopDating Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled.
